Yeah he probably has an substance abuse issue. But how much disincentive is there to stop, when you can ball like TR? It may be over at VT but he probably calculates correctly there will be a 3rd chance, and likely many more after that. A lot of serious programs, some better than VT, will try hard to win him. Just wonder if it really was VT or bust if kids , that were talented athletes, who didn't have such a nice safety net, would then behave differently.
